Shipping Policy


Non-Subscription Orders

Orders are typically packed and processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location. Please note that during sale periods, processing times may be longer due to high order volumes. Choosing express shipping during these times will only affect delivery speed, not the packing time.

 

All orders are shipped from Qatar and UAE. If you're ordering internationally, please keep this in mind when estimating delivery times.

Standard International Shipping: 7-10 days once shipped

Standard Local Post: 2-7 business days once shipped

Subscription Box Orders

Your subscription box ships during the last week of each month. Once it’s on its way, you’ll receive tracking details by email. Example: If you subscribe on July 15, your first box will be the August box, which ships in the last week of July.

Cut-Off Dates

To receive the next month’s box, you must subscribe by the final day of the current month. Example: To get the August box, subscribe by July 31. Orders placed after July 31 will start with the September box.

Cancel Order

Unfortunately, we’re unable to cancel any orders once they’ve been placed. This allows our team to pack and ship your order as quickly as possible. We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before confirming it.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

We carefully package every order to ensure it reaches you safely. However, once parcels are in transit, we cannot take responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur.

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout, as we are unable to cover issues caused by incorrect address information. While we’ll always do our best to assist, we cannot be held liable for errors provided at the time of purchase.

International Shipping

For international orders, please note that customs duties, taxes, or additional charges may apply upon arrival in your country. These are determined by your local authorities and are the buyer’s responsibility. We are unable to influence or cover these fees.

Some regions may also experience longer customs clearance times, occasionally extending beyond two weeks. Unfortunately, such delays are outside our control and do not qualify for a refund. If your order is held in customs, it is the buyer’s responsibility to contact the appropriate authorities to resolve the matter.
